The Boulder Creek Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose sole mission is to support the BCHS Band and Guard programs — serving approximately 115 students year-round. Your donation of time, money, or auctionable items helps bridge the gap between what the school district can provide and what it truly takes to run a program of this caliber.

When families pay their student's Fair Share fees to the school, that money goes directly to BCHS extracurricular programs — including band. Arizona law lets you claim a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your state return for those payments. You're not just covering fees — you're getting reimbursed by the state.

How it works: Pay your student's Fair Share at the school office or through DVUSD's payment portal. Keep your receipt. When you file your Arizona state taxes, claim the Public School Tax Credit (Form 322) — and get that money back.

The Arizona Public School Tax Credit is a state tax credit for contributions made directly to a public school for eligible activities. Band and guard are eligible — money paid toward Fair Share can be claimed when you file your state taxes.
