Concert Band

The Concert Band serves as the foundational ensemble for all incoming freshmen. This entry-level course explores a wide range of contrasting musical styles while prioritizing the development of core fundamentals.

⚠ Requirement — Attendance at all evening rehearsals and concerts is required. This is a performance-centered class.

Intermediate 🎶

Symphonic Band

Intermediate · Upperclassmen

An intermediate-level ensemble for upperclassmen not enrolled in Wind Ensemble. The curriculum emphasizes the development of ensemble playing and aural skills, building on the foundation established in Concert Band.

⚠ Requirement — Participation in all evening concerts and rehearsals is a requirement for credit.

Wind Ensemble

Highest Level · By Audition

Our premier, highest-level ensemble. Students who successfully audition will learn challenging music theory and perform advanced wind literature — an opportunity for advanced musicians to showcase their talent through high-level performance.

Also Part of the Program — Jaguar Pride Marching Band

All band students are expected to participate in the Marching Band during the fall season — one of the most exciting and rewarding parts of the Jaguar Pride experience. Band Camp in July is where it all begins. View the 2026–2027 Season →
