The band program has two separate fee streams — and it's common to wonder why you're paying different amounts to different places. Here's the breakdown of what each fee is, where it goes, and why both matter.

👥 Fair Share $800

Paid through the BCHS Bookstore portal, managed by the school and Director. Supports the full band program:

  • 🎲 Specialists, clinicians & support staff
  • 🏅 Competition entry fees, buses & lodging
  • 🎵 Music licensing, choreography & show design
  • ⚙️ Equipment repairs, supplies & instruments
  • ⛰️ Band Camp — mandatory for marching season
🤝 Booster Pass-Through $100

Paid directly to Creek Crew via Zelle. The boosters use these funds to cover expenses the school budget can't:

  • 🚚 U-Hauls, competition travel & meals
  • 🎵 Music & show design support
  • ⚙️ Equipment & program needs
  • ⛰️ Band Camp snacks, transport & supplies
  • 🎼 Director's priorities & program needs
💓 Pay via Zelle → onlinepayments@bchs.band  |  Due July 10
🚌
Don't Forget: Transportation Fee — $100 Required by DVUSD (not Creek Crew). Covers bus transportation to competitions and events. Paid through the BCHS Bookstore — in person or via the Online DVUSD Portal — due before the end of the school year.
