Hello Jag Fam,
With the first week of school under our belts, our students are off and running! We have a busy week ahead, including regular rehearsals, our first monthly Creek Crew Parent Meeting on Thursday, and a packed Friday featuring our mini-camp, uniform fittings, and student dinner.
👕 Show Shirts Are HERE! Preorder by Friday Aug 14th at NOON.
- All BCHS Band Students will receive 1 FREE shirt.
- Order extras or for yourself and family!
- Show Shirts are a part of a bulk order, they will be for pickup only once they arrive.
- Do not miss the preorder–we will only have a limited number of extras. Order by FRIDAY AUG 14th at noon,

- It’s updated regularly, and every purchase supports the band!!!!
- Select “Team Pickup” at checkout to avoid shipping costs. Once items are ready, they can be picked up after Marching Practice Tuesdays and Thursdays.
🥪 Friday Dinner — Aug 14
- We will be providing sandwiches for all students on Friday evening.
- If your student plans to bring their own food instead, please let us know by submitting a “Regrets Only” RSVP HERE so we have an accurate food count.
🙌 Friday Volunteers Needed
- We need parent volunteers this Friday to help fit uniforms and serve dinner to the band. Many hands make light work!
Volunteer Shifts:
- 3:00–5:00 PM: Measure students for uniforms.
- 5:00–6:00 PM: Serve dinner and clean up.
- 6:00–8:00 PM: Organize uniforms, put everything away, and head to the visitor concession stand to prepare for the upcoming football season.
