Labor Day might signify the end of summer, but in our case, the schedule is just heating up! 🔥 Friday night football may be taking a short break, but the band schedule is packed! Here’s what’s coming—and where we need your help! 🎷🥁
📅 Monthly Parent Meeting– September 10th
- 📍 Location: Small Auditorium | ⏰ Time: 7 – 8 PM
- Come join us during the last hour of Thursday’s rehearsal!
- It's a great opportunity to see what is coming up next for the band. 🗣️✨
📸 Volunteers Needed – September 11th Mini-Camp
- We need parent volunteers to help students with their uniforms and coordinate pictures during the September 11th Mini-Camp.
- Sign up HERE if you are available to help
- 🛑 Important Note: No dinner will be provided for this mini-camp!
- Please make sure your student packs a healthy meal. 🥗🥤
🧼🚗 Car Wash Fundraiser – September 19th
- 📍 Location: Legends Bar & Grill | ⏰ Time: 8AM – 1 PM
- Please sign up for a car wash shift! 🧽💦
- Tip: The final Fair Share payment is due on September 18th. Preselling car wash tickets is a fantastic way to help offset that cost! 💵🎟️
- More will be discussed at the parent meeting on September 10th.
🚛🌙 Volunteers Needed – Prop Loading – September 25th Mini-Camp
- 📍 Location: BCHS Football Stadium | ⏰ Time: 5 – 7 PM
- Calling all parents! We are doing a dry run of loading the moons and bases into a U-Haul for our first competition/festival on September 26th.
- We need your muscle and problem-solving skills to figure out the best way to pack the truck! 💪📦

- We have a few shirt orders left to pick up. If you have NOT received yours, please email secretary@bchs.band with your order number to coordinate a pickup this week.
