Happy mid-June, Jag Fam!
We promise to keep this brief so you can get back to your regularly scheduled summer programming before the band instruments officially come out of hibernation!
- Calendar:

- Key July Dates:
- Rookie Camp
- July 7–9, 4pm–8pm (Leadership reports at 1pm).
- Bowling Tradition
- Tuesday, July 14, 6pm–8pm at Bowlero (3424 W Union Hills Dr).
- $20 for students, paid via Zelle (onlinepayments@bchs.band):
- Includes bowling, pizza, wings, and soda. 🎳
- Mandatory Parent Meeting (Out of Town Band Camp focus)
- Thursday, July 16, 7pm–8pm.
- Store Bought Potluck
- Friday, July 17 (details to follow). 🍕
- Rookie Camp
- Band Camp Summer Online Payments (aka 1st Fair Share Payment):
- We’ve added a walkthrough on our website to help with the process: bchs.band/fairshare/. 💳
- Booster Pass-Thru:
- Please send your $100 payments via Zelle to: onlinepayments@bchs.band.
- Volunteer Signups
- We need support getting ready for out-of-town camp!
- All signups are now hosted at bchs.band/signup/. 🤝
- Quick note: Automated email reminders for volunteer slots will be sent approximately 15–30 minutes after sign-up. If you encounter any technical issues, let us know!
